Out of the early
morning mists~~~~

She steps into the verbena
of precious dawn,
white swirls of vapor
caressing her, enfolding her
in a sensuous embrace.
Her eyes staring into the heart
~~~~~~As she seduces,
cross-steps around the soul.
"Awaken, O' Dreamer," she whispers
Let desire flame within you."
And, she circles the mouth
with a misty kiss.
Awakening those unheard of dreams,
those mystical spirit responses.
A fever brewing down deep
~~~~~~in the soul's recesses.

The early morning mists
filling the unknown
with a deeper knowing,
a deeper searching of the beauty
so eagerly presented...in the dawn.

Very sweet and clever...wording and the creation of a magical and "misty" atmosphere makes this fantastic.  Kudos to you!

Your poem evokes a feeling of the ethereal. It makes me think of an eary summer morning next to a lake, or fog rolling in from the ocean (though I have never been there).

"And, she circles the mouth
with a misty kiss." --what a beautiful image, Ivy.  A sweet, romantic piece, I enjoyed this greatly.
