Of Death and beyond I oft obsess
and query all who’d lend an ear:
beliefs on Heav’n and saving Grace
bestowed upon our loved ones dear.

Upon my sister’s self-demise
I fretted where her soul may land,
for angry gods no doubt despise
a mortal’s death by her own hand!

Yet, would not those whose minds belied
their common sense and means to cope
be spared the judgement set aside
for those with reason, wit and hope?

Lo! Until the passing of mine own last breath,
I’ll continue to ponder the mechanics of Death.

(sigh) I believe as long as we trust in ourselves and accept whatever tomorrow brings while also capturing each moment with a smile, we can find reason outside the thoughts of Death and feel comfort we bestow. (kiss on cheek) We all love you so much, sweet friend, this is so wonderfully thought-provoking! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Julie, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,
Noah Eaton

I hope you do not ponder over much.
Nice write, indeed.

I believe that...God is the only one who knows our deepest heart and He will not judge harshly those who are not in their right minds but feel driven to take their own lives. He will look at the whole person and give the love and healing they so desperately need. This poem touched me deeply. **big hugs**

Love I leave with you whether it is in your life now or yet the essense of your dreams.
