Where ever it is warm
Bram is on top of it
So even when it's burning
On antique stoves he sit

He doesn't burn his belly
The upperhalf is for baking bread
But once he jumped on the other stove
And I won't tell you what he said

Oh Titia, I just HAVE to meet you!  What a dear person you are, and this was so very cute of Bram.  Cats are so darn funny.  I absolutely love your stove, and would love to be sharing a tea in front of it with you.  Lovely, just lovely.

That Bram was on the right stove first
But jumped to the other instead
As soon as his paws hit the surface
His poor howls would wake up the dead!
It wakened me out of a deep sleep
As I screamed out loud, "Holy Cow!!
Who's making that Godawful racket???"
And Bram answered meekly..."Me--OW!!!"

A very cute poem, Titia! That thing you use to stir up the fire in the oven.....is that a Bram stoker???

Titia!  Yummy!  Kitty Popcorn!  Have you tried the microwave version?

This is a very cute poem.  'Deer's response is equally witty.  LOL@Bram stoker.

Smart Chick - You have seven cats?!  What a splendid idea!  I'm gonna get Lorelei 7 cats, too!  We'll name them after the days of the week, and then, each I'll know which kitty to kick on any given day!  lol

This is so sweet Titia. I thought I had the most pampered kitty in the world, but it looks like yours is pretty pampered too. He certainly looks contented and warm in his resting place.
p.s. I don't think you should have let LongJohn see this...you know his reputation with kitties...just look at his new location!!

If she who dies with the most toys wins, then can I have some toy boys please?

Balladeer, a 'Bram stoker'?? LOL yes it is from now on

Long John, don't you dare turn my Bram into popcorn, get your own eight kilo cat
I'll send my dogs over to protect those 7-days kitties
