In Your Poetic Mind

0 posted 2002-01-28 04:30 PM

Then The Ocean is
Beautiful at night
Stretched beyond sight
In imagination
Of shadows and sand

I hold no regrets,
Until evening blends
My thoughts into a
Pattern of black,
I wish for the color
Of dusk, in woven
Fabrics, an
Orchestra of sound,
But the logic of wind
Blows them silently together,

Like fireflies
They remain untouchable

Sometimes

A night owl
Dancing provocatively,
Making waves jealous
Of time forgotten,
Leaving traces along
An island of audience

Pavilions of light
Embrace tidal
Waters, feeding
Sand it’s mellowing
Color of life,
Of form

Where

Falling from scattered
Stars

A tender heart beats,
Embraced in silent storms,
For a mindful soul

Weeping still in winter

Step through the
barrier of my mind,
enter my soul,
feel my desire,
let my eyes guide you
into the shadows
of my heart

(sigh) Sooooooooo beautifully bittersweet, sweet friend, I too can always picture winter as an analogy of emptiness, and the absence of color as melancholy, but the spring will always follow and offer us rainbow thoughts of cheerfulness that will always color our ribbons with hope! (kiss on cheek) Soooooooo wonderfully written, sweet friend, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Lauren, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,
Noah Eaton

Greeneyes, so beautiful are your words.

"Falling from scattered
Stars
A tender heart beats,
Embraced in silent storms,
For a mindful soul
Weeping still in winter"

really had a hard time picking my favorite in this piece. floria

if I just softly sighed...and whispered "thank you" ...
would you just know......
yes...you would..............

*sigh* ... thank you.
