As HE died for you
Held fast
By hatred's unholy crucible
Drawn limbs take leave of sockets blue

Head hangs in forsaken sadness
For those responsible
Forgiveness granted
In abscence of understanding

All future wrongs
Laid on agony's shoulders
Spikes of torture's indignity
Pierce miraculous hands, clenched and bleeding

Suffering Crucifixion and death
Just to save all us sinners

In our journey through time, we need to be reminded of his sacrifice for us, and not just at Christmas and Easter.  We need to remember, all the time.....thank you for this, Robert.....

...you are me, I am you, we are one...

wonderfully explicit! One of the better crucifixtion pieces I have ever read. It does a true justice to the Sacrifice. Very well written piece.

Sir Robert,
No candy coating here! And He did it for me.
