Thanks for the inspiration Marge.

I saw the sight
In black and white
My face was blue
Because of you
Your hand was red
After lies were said
The grass isn’t so green
If you know what I mean
It wasn’t out of the blue
It was so typically you
The town was painted red
While I was home in bed
Now I’m tickled pink
And what do you think?
All I see is a yellow streak,
And now I’m not so meek.
Here is your pink slip
Time for you to get a grip
And now as our colors show
My colors you finally know
How many shades of green?
More than you’ve ever seen.

Angel,
you've just coloured my world in brilliant hue
what did you do?
it made me unblue
thanks to you.

Mentor Marge,
Thank you so much for the inspiration. I'm so glad you enjoyed it.

Hypnosis,
It's interesting you should mention the rhyme, because I really don't write rhyming poems. I don't think I'm good enough at them yet, but it just felt right for this one. Thanks.

Kethry,
I'm so glad my poem made you unblue. Thanks for reading.

SmartChick,
Thanks, I'm glad you enjoyed.
