I use to be a pretty constant poet at Passions, producing
regular work that was halfway decent ( i think ) but I have
been away for quite some time, close to four or five months
now. recently i've had a wonderful love come into my life and
heart. i dedicate this to her. J, honey...I love you!!

You came into my heart and life
When I truly did not expect you to at all
I was on a downward spiral
You braced yourself, and caught my fall

Your love is like nothing I've ever had
I finally found someone who loves me as I do them
Someone who I can call my passionate lover
But also someone who I can say is my dear friend

For the first time in my life
I feel I've found the one and it's meant to be
I've had a hard time with love it's true
But you made me step back and see

I realised I was heading on a path
That was truly only causing me hurt and pain
From the moment that your love touched me
I have not ever been the same

I've used the words fate and destiny
A time or two
However, I had not a clear meaning
Not until the day I met you

I think of you all the time
You're in my thoughts, you're in my heart
This love we share is special and rare
I've truly been hit with Cupid's dart
