The sound of forgiveness
Released from the lips of your lover
After a bad spell
Of your ill wrought notes of mistake
Is the most glorious noise
Squeezed between the pout
Of a very meaningful instrument

However words cannot speak
The secrets of hands
And carry less than a pound of cake
Still, So sweet to hear the music
Of the one who holds the sheets
Curling Up on the corners
Opening to release me
Making me pressed
To be such a kiss

If two words bring such bliss
Why do we resist them
Or use them in jest?
As I know the soul of my mate
Would be my own in harmony
If I were on the other side
I dare not to dangle such a song
Or ruin the resting place to breath

It is in my honor
To uphold the power
Of the last note
And dance on lightest feet
Convincing you I am genuine
Not another skilled player
That will blow your kiss to the wind

I may be forever off key
But constantly getting better
At avoiding the longest sound
Of silence.

Hi Regina!!

This is my favorite part..

"The sound of forgiveness
Released from the lips of your lover
After a bad spell
Of your ill wrought notes of mistake
Is the most glorious noise
Squeezed between the pout
Of a very meaningful instrument"

You write so beautifully. I wish I could write like this.

((hugs))

Good Morning...
This is the first post I have read today, and stopped..read it again...then read it again. The feel of this and the idea that first came through is deeply touching and would to my mind be a tribute your love would wrap around those hard times and know...the struggles and doubts are well worth indeed the time and effort to make things right again...
As usual.... your talent captivates me...

Dear Regina, you give us all new bounds to venture and thoughts to cross examine, you play your words as harmonious notes through an instrument, you work our minds to contemplate and question, our fingers to reply in applause.

Very well writen Regina.
Keep up the good work.

Sincerely

Rick

RosePetal: Hey! I'm so happy you found something within my writing to make you feel that way. My muse is the culprit of these lines..You are wonderful! Thank you so much.

GhostWriter_6: Thank you! So glad you appreciate my uniqueness as I fail at anything else. It's very rewarding to know you see my attempts.

SK: For you to save something of me...is an honor! It means volumes and inspires me to do better. Hugs to you!

Balladeer: My motto is "even a blind squirrel finds an acorn from time to time. The trick is not to lose it!" You're so great! Thank you.

Cpat: Yes!... Worth everything possible, and impossible.   Just to know I have done right by the one I love. Thank you for being so generous and kind to me. I am amazed at your awesome ability to read past the vague of me. You are the talented one!

Rick: Wow! I must tell you that I couldn't do any of those things if not for the constant support and encouragement from such lovely and talented people such as yourself. You are so positive in my inner search.

Sincerely,
Regina
