Oh my love, what have I done to cast you away?
Have I not told you how you are loved?
Have I not said to infinity those thoughts I have?
Have I lost you, cast you from my soul?

Each waking thought is of you.
Each emotion is for only you.
Each breathe I breath is because of you.
You are me.

I feel the empty hollowness in my heart.
Space occupied by one so dear as you.
I try to fill this void, I cannot find you.
I know not where you are.

What must a mortal man of many emotions do?
Can I not conceive the right to the wrong?
Am I lost in my own loss too deep to feel.
Will I ever know what it is you need?

Your arms around me chill my skin with pleasure.
My inner soul warms to a gentle touch.
I take each breath of fragrance deep.
Savoring the sense that invades me, entrances me.

My mornings awaken to tears.
My nights keep me staring at a lifeless moon.
My heart slowly guides my blood.
Love flows through endless miles of red.

Crumbs of   love’s bread are all I partake
as I try to untie a knot so deep.
Water flows over closed lips
as I scream silently within my mind.

I await you, you are my life, my twin of love.
Do you not  hear my cries, feel my pain?

Thanx Sue,  I tried really hard to write
something very intense....but seems most
want a little of something else....hard
to tell what the mood is some times....
Thank you for your gracious words....

Thanx Karen,  I tried real hard to put a lot
of emotions from a lover into this poem.
Seems that I do that a lot...

This was "intense" and very lovely.  I find it best to never write for anyone but myself really, so their mood unfortunately matters little. When poetry comes from your heart and soul it "puts them in the mood".  This was lovely Magnus.

Try giving your smile to someone who does not have one, and I bet you'll find another ~*~ Mysteria ~*~
