Lost Dreams

Looking into deep darkness
I see not the shining stars
no longer is there sparkle
to feed the dreams of desire

They fly away on snowflakes
as the winds howl at my heart
leaving tears of such sorrow
bleeding frozen drops of blood

Fantasy without color
as magic fades far away
returning now to the dust
as reality sets in

Hope leaves a heart forever
drifting into deepest space
as tears again fill my eyes
bidding farewell to lost dreams

(big hugggssssss) Oh Karen, I know just how you feel; I too always try to hang on to every blessing I have, but deep down, I feel desperate for something more, and I can't help but feel sad every now and then. (sad sigh) You will make a man so very lucky, for you are the shooting star of his dreams! (sigh) Hold on to your beautiful dreams always, sweet Karen, for you are the dream wevaer, and you can make them happen! I almost left here because I felt no one cared about my dreams here, but then, you and everyone came there for me! (big hugggsssssss) Thank you so so much! God Bless You, sweet star!
