Heart oh heart why do you hurt so much
'tis because you long for a females touch
Yet we have lived together in pefect harmony
weathered the storms of many a sea
with no one else but you and me

I know you need loving
But I dont need this pain
Although my eyes appear dry
they secretly rain

Someone who cares would win you true
But would this someone take care of you?
many times I have seen you cry
and many more I have watched love die

Never forget heart that you have me
and this is all that I can be
I'll always be here to soften any blows
and give you the love that no one knows
For ever and ever best buddies are we
as I carry you, and you live in me.
