The dark begins to fall
Creating shadows on my wall
Softly they start to dance
In the ebb of sweet romance

Our lips silently meet
As hearts skip a beat
Your body next to mine
All resistance resigns

I am now completely yours
You broke down the doors
Destroying the locks
On my heart’s box

Emotions are suddenly freed
As passion intercedes
Releasing the rusty chains
That served to restrain

Love shall now prevail
The wind hits my sails
With a strong gust
Showing me we must

Lying there with you
The intensity grew
Encompassing the night
Easing my inner fright

Our hands explore
Demolishing the door
That once had sealed
Allowing me to be healed

The time has come
For me to succumb
To your masculine charms
Without any alarm

everyone seems to be in the
love mood tonight,
but everyone needs to
love and be loved at some point!
Great poem!

Ahh, LW, very gentle smile, very lovely write of passions voiced. To love is to live, and to live you need to love. So open your heart and follow the lead..
