Can You Comprehend In writing for someone Hoped he would read Much to my despair He as taken no heed Is your silence saying It is time for goodbye In writing my feelings I had hoped for reply The gulf getting wider Sad seeps on through My heart with feeling I’m appealing to you The silence is hurting My emotions are real Can you comprehend How sad I must feel Hope |
