In a corporeal internship...

Like a solitary candle
In a dark room needing light,
Your flame ignited intrigue
That would last throughout the night
And shadows cast that evening,
All in time would disappear...
The warm glow of your fire
Heated me and brought me near...
Like a fireplace in winter --
My eyes glued upon the screen
Mesmerized by your bright words
And passion I had seen...
I find time has no meaning
When I interact with you,
But forever makes its presence known
Between the times I do...
With anticipation I shall wait
To hear from you once more
And see The Light of you again
And all that lies in store...

This is a very pretty piece.

Sandra, I smile.  "Poet of Dreams", eh?  Thanks for your uplifting words.

VAS:  thanks for the cheers!  More yummy things to come.

Marge, I think thoughts usually start as a soft flicker, but given the chance, they can combust very quickly.  Thanks for the read and reply.

Thank you, SEA...  the inspiration behind this was sweet, too.

Glad you enjoyed, Cindi.  Thanks for reading.

Logan:  thank you, Sir.  Inspiration has a way of letting the streams of positivity and expression flow...

Bill, I'm glad you stopped by.  Thanks for your thoughts.
