DEAD-HEART CHRONICLES (#3)
---

I will be gone tomorrow
I have no place to go
don't ask me, please don't ask me
I don't know

I must be gone tomorrow
I have stayed beyond my time
poetry is easy
but my life doesn't rhyme

when the sun comes up tomorrow
you will, I'm sure, go on
and that is as it should be
only I'll be gone

Constance--There is a feeling of deep melancholy in this poem...it is disturbing...makes me want to do something to make this person stay...is it you?  In any case, hugs!

Martie- Not to worry. My "Dead Heart Chronicles" are all very dark. I write them in order to get beyond the place they come from. I know you understand that.  I'm ok, bless your caring heart!

Sounds like a "weary" heart...I have felt this before.
Nicely written!
