Flying

I walk upon a bed of coals
Knolls of sad, yet some are droll.
Some in mire and some on fire
Some burn ire and some are dire.

Thoughts that spill over the brim
Whims of plain and some are prim.
Those that grow in misty scheme
Some will tour in only dream.

Most will disappear at sea
Some cook down to thin of bree.
Some will stay within my mind
Some quite gosh and some unkind.

But ever will they shoal my goal
And ever will they toll my soul.
And ever will the circles ride
The life and times of this abide.

So fly the heights your wings allow
Fly them high and fly them now.

I'd like to protest that first line...
you dont walk...you fly ...
and then you and Randy share your adventures
with us in these poetic photographs of rhyme divine..like a poetic travelog to the Eden in your mind.
So where are we going next? Shangri-la?..
I hear they are serving raspberry tea  for two there

This is not one to get buried in the blue depths!  Time for a little "reincarnation", so back up it goes.  I truly liked your artistic rendering in this poem, Sy -- a very good encapsulation of your style and thought process.  I enjoyed this one very much.
