A DAY SO TAUNTING AND FRIGHTENING CAME SO ABRUPTLY. ONE FILLED WITH PANIC AND FEAR AND ME NOT KNOWING WHAT TO DO. DEPRESSION HAD CAST DARKNESS OVER MY ONCE PEACEFUL LIFE. I SAT IN MY ROOM TEARS IN MY EYES ASKING MYSELF WHY ME? BEGINNING TO PRAY TO MY GODMOTHER WHO HAD DIED SO YOUNG I ASKED FOR ANSWERS THAT I HAD NEVER FOUND, A DRIED RED ROSE AROSE FROM THE SIDE OF MY WALL, SHE WAS DOING THIS TO LET ME KNOW SHE WAS THERE. FROM THAT DAY FORTH THE OVERCAST CLEARED AND THE LIGHT SHONE BACK INTO MY LIFE FOR SHE HAD ANSWERED ME, MY SWEET AUNT WAS MY ANGEL WHO WAS THERE TO GUIDE ME. THAT IS WHAT SHE DID AND TODAY I THANK HER FOR HER BLESSING. THANKS FOR YOUR EMBRACE MY DEAR ANGEL YOU BROUGHT LIGHT INTO MY ONCE DARK WORLD. I LOVE YOU FOREVER! |

Oh, I can identify so much with this beautiful tribute to your angel....as my angel that I look to is my Grandmother. I, like you, ask for guidance, and she always gives me a sign of hope. Thank you for sharing this, as it meant a lot to me. And I would also like to welcome you to Passions, and I really hope that you will write more, as I like your style!!!  The road goes on forever, and the stories never end... |
