MYSTERY (CHALLENGE)

trial begins
Perry wins
impending doom
attic room
plot thickens
heart quickens
creaking door
bloody floor
handsome hero
reclusive Nero
frightening dream
terrified scream
key,lock
broken clock
muddy shoes
scattered clues
moors misty
Agatha Christy
nobody's fool
Mssr. Hercule
greed,hate
jealous mate
steamy dock
surely Sherlock

Constance--I didn't see the challenge...but I'll bet this is perfect...I loved it..clever and a smile too!

Great put together verse! Not sure about the challenge either, but I liked this very much.

thanks Martie and Regina, chuckle, it was just something I had fun doing, so I posted a challenge on the poetry challenge board to see what ideas might show up. No takers I guess--that's ok, I had fun!
