The character of a wise man
Reminds me of a tree in full bloom

Limbs like thoughts
Reach in all directions

Each leaf is like an idea explored

Each bud holds the promise
Of thoughts of the future

Each seed is a thought shared

Throw your heart out in front of you
And run out to catch it.

...and notice how the root system of a tree is so similar in form to its limbs, branches, and twigs -- one more validation to "As above, so below". May wise men never be cut-down.
