The time has come for me to go now,
Money and space doesn't yet allow.
The letter you wrote made me cry,
All of a sudden I'm the one who's shy.
Knowing I'm part of all you need,
I'm just glad you had that moment of greed.
Everlasting smile spreads across my face,
So full of elegance and grace.
Trying to catch a glimpse of you under the moon,
Together again we'll be one day soon.
Leaving you isn't even fair,
Going to sit in my room in dispare.
All the while waiting for the day,
Just waiting to hear you say.
"It's time to come home now."
And wait for that day I shall,
This to you I do vow.
no me and my girlfriend didnt break up, i gotta go back to missouri for awhile thats what its bout

Only darkness falls on those without souls

Awww...I liked the ending. Sweet write.
Sorry you have to leave her though...Thats gotta bite. But it's all okay cause you'll see her soon, Right? Right. Well done on the poem. I enjoyed it bunches.

You wouldn't worry about what people thought about you if you knew how seldom they did.

Aww MAN!  That really sux that you need to leave the one you love.  I think I can sympathize, though.  I am moving to florida, and only now am I realizing just how much I mean to certain people, and how much they mean to me.  Good write, I really do feel what u are going thru.

I really thought you wrote this well. I really enjoyed the poem.

For a minute there I thought we were losing yet another poet, but I am hoping that you will rejoin us in Missouri.  This is a tough situation, having to leave someone you love so much.  I hope that everything works out for you.
