I haven't been to this site in almost two years but recently I've been coming back. I've been on kind of a writing drought but earlier this year I met someone that changed that. This poem is about a guy I'm talking to now and who I will eventually hook up with.

Thoughts

I don't know why you're on my mind constantly
Thinking of what you & me might come to be
Thinking of how my life has changed since you met me
It's cuz you & me complement each other perfectly

No one has take up so much of my time the way you do
The thing is I don't care cuz I love thinking about you
The time we did spend together was something magical
You sparked something in me I never thought was possible

Life is funny & we have no choice but to play along in the game
All I know is since I met you, things ain't been the same
I can't stand the fact you're so far away
But at least I know you're only one thought away

Last night you told me some things that got me thinking
I'll never regret talking to you, I'll do it over without blinking
You called it sacrifices & I said it was nothing
You talked of doing something for me but talking to you is that something

These words are pouring from me & please believe I mean every word
Regardless of what happens to me & you, there are many things I have learned
And as far as I'm concerned, you are very special
You have many qualities with which God has blessed you
All I can do is thank HIM for me having met you

Nice thoughts, whoever this guy is will be smiling after reading them.

WoW! That was a really nice poem. Sounds like somethings I've been thinking about. But hunnie, if this guy is really great, dont let him get away.
