The cat ate the dog
what ever happened to god
he is dead
in the red
we no longer pray
we play in the hay
the girl is now a boy
she is a toy
the worm has turned
listen but never speak
yo bed but never sleep
rise never wake
world asleep

BLANK.

If you only understood my pain then maybe you could learn to be my friend. Be there. My crying shoulder. The smiles. And the caring i need to survive.

He he, a short yet entertaining poem. I really like this one Ina.

I too, found this entertaining, although I found it a tad hard to read because the flow didn't work for me in some parts of the poem.
The ending hit hard, hehe. It just kinda...laid there. Stared me in the face. yeah...*stares*
Unsuspecting little thing...
Anywho, I look forward to reading more from you. Good job!

Regina, I really liked this one. I think it says alot for being so short. It's an unusual poem for you, and I like it alot. Nice job

I didn't like this one as much as I do your others... I found this to be more on the silly side, but that's probably not the intention.  Thanks for sharing..
