Standing In Silence...

0 posted 2002-07-28 01:25 PM

Emotions lying on the floor,
as the raw lust touches your skin.
No thoughts of what you're doing,
or of how you'll feel in the morning.
No thoughts of what would happen,
if she walked in right now.
You're just doing your thing,
music playing in the background.
Betrayal from your lips,
will touch hers tommorrow.
But that doesn't bother you,
as human reactions are exchanged.
I pity the fool,
who fell in love with you.
Then i realize,
self-pity isn't healthy.

~In the end..it doesn't even matter...~LP
