"Wish You'd Never Let Me Go" © 2002 Brian Eggertsen, All Rights Reserved Sitting within this cold room Fighting off all the sadness Trying to live without you But I'm flunking every test Still got your face on my wall And your letters I still read Why did I fumble the ball Now I'm left with memories I wish you'd never 'Cause then forever Would be all ours (Wish you'd never let me go) 'Cause only inside We could realize We have the power (Wish you'd never let me go) How I wish that you were here The hours are moving so slow I have cried a million tears I'm drowning in my sorrow And I just wanna tell you You were everything I had I've driven myself in two 'Cause of the wanting you back I wish you'd never 'Cause then forever Would be all ours (Wish you'd never let me go) 'Cause only inside We could realize We have the power (Wish you'd never let me go) |
