I hate the winter It's so cold Trouble arises easily and out of the blue Bitter faces and bad moods plauge the streets So many quick tempers around How it makes me think of summer and warmth Good times and fun Long nights, laughter, friends, and light But sadly the winter has just come, I have many months to wait before it leaves Hopefully I will make it thorugh without scars Oh how I wish it were summer once more What I would give for a wonderful time Blessed Be Those Who |

funny, i always looked at winter as being a peaceful time. even though it's cold, it gives you a reason to cuddle with your "special someone". plus i enjoy things like sitting in front of fireplace and stuff. anyhoo, i did like you poem. good write. ab *The heart is a house for love* |
