When we're together the world stands still
Us meeting must have been gods' will
When we're together the birds always sing,
It's like your holding me under an angel's wing
When we're together the flowers always bloom,
My world without you would be like doom.

When we're together the sky is never gray,
You have made my life a glorious day
When we're together and your lips touch mine,
The feeling is so divine
When we're together i can't help but to touch
Because i love you so much

When we're together on teh beach at night,
I'm so glad that things have been just right
When we're together and you take my hand,
I am always so happy that you understand
When we're together I know I can trust,
That this feeling is more than just a lust.

Written for an old love but I regretfully never told her how i truely felt.

I'm a dying romantic and when i can no longer write i can no longer live -Jeremiah Johnson-

Jeremiah,

This is a beautiful poem. I wish you could have told her how you felt when you were still with her.

It really is too bad that some feelings do not surface until after their time.
Best wishes.

Like DQ said, everything happens for a reason. Perhaps you should find her and let her know all of this. Honesty is the best policy.   Nice write.

Nice write Jeremiah. You've captured many great emotions here and I commend you for writing them all out.
