I'm sorry if you've seen this one before too, and keep in mind these don't reflect my current state. I'm actually doing really well, not that anyone cares ;-) See the rose It’s petals torn Not one dew drop Out of place See this rose Bleeding now Not one dew drop Still clear See the beautiful rose Withering in agony Not one dew drop Sparkling morning light See the lifeless heart Hurting for you Not one hope left Of happiness No angels in heaven nor demons below the sea, could ever dissever my soul from the soul of the beautiful Annabel Lee |
