I wrote this b/c a guy I cheated on and soon found out I realy loved will lead me on and then drop me like a hot potatoe.... It makes me sad.

I messed up wehn I was with you,
I know I made you blue.
But when I say I'm sorry to you,
I really mean it, I truly do.

You think because I love you,
You can pick me up and drop me,
But I'm telling you now,
If you aren't true than don't come running,
It will only bruise us both.

You say you like me but can't be with me,
I don't understand,
If not kissing another guy,
Until I kissed you again wasn't proof enough,
Than I'm sorry but you'll never get the proof you need.

I didn't think you could be so rude,
I guess you're in one of your moods!
Until we love again,
This is the end.

Im torn w/this poem...theres no feeling like being cheated on by someone u love which has happened to me and after he did that i coulda cared less what i did to him...so i dont really know what to tell you because i understand where he's coming from w/the whole bein hurt thing but i also know where your coming from b/c it was only a mistake..ahhh...love bites sometimes!! good poem and i hope things work out!

Ok this is going to sting but it sounds like he is just getting back at you. Cheating on someone obviously didn't make him a happy little vegemite and it's payback time in his eyes.

Anyway, nice piece. Well written.

Hey there,
   this was really good, and i can really relate... It's not the same situation though cuz he cheated on me then dumped me, and then comes running back when ever he thinks he needs to!!!  Well just hold on he will soon relize what he wants!!! Nice poem!

ok so it's a hard sitution i agree with whoever said it sounds like he's just getting back at you. yeah it does hurt and that can't be helped it will go away though. You've got to remember you hurt him too.
