A trace of fingernail's concern
I want for lion's back to yearn
in arch of scratch beneath the wing--
I long to hear the griffin sing.

Into the forest of a man,
a warrior, of broad-chest-plan,
into the forage of his mind,
a corridor of up-hill climb,
a vision quest of amber eyes
and sparks of gold to preach sunrise.

All the shadow in his brow
speaks my past and future vows.
All that he is--I am (could be)
A spark of him.
A spark of me...
beginning's end, eternity.
A lion roars, grateful of wing
in a canyon's heart of sing
I feel a flutter
flapping wings
and raise my voice
to plead rejoice--
with all life brings?
A griffin sings.

I had never thought of the winged ones song. Must be a melody unique and strong.

For the moment swallows all things blinding our eyes to Heaven.

Serenity~
This is marvelous !
Beautiful flow ...

You would have to know that I would love this ...

'Into the forest of a man,
a warrior, of broad-chest-plan,
into the forage of his mind,
a corridor of up-hill climb,
a vision quest of amber eyes
and sparks of gold to preach sunrise.'

enjoyable stuff here, glad I came in to read before I head out for my walk.

I've had so much trouble navigating here today, in almost an hour, I've only been able to get in to 3 or 4 things.

Hope it gets better later.  Maybe it's just because of how busy the forum is right now.

This soars from the depths of somewhere beautiful.  Your weaved your magic with this one I can tell.
