"Tears of Fury" By:Kelli Kay (c)2001 So many horrible images burnt in my mind how can cruelty of this extent exist in humankind? young girls an women in far away lands being stoned an beaten cuz it's the will of a man tortured an killed by members of their own family they claim it's in honor cuz the family has been shamed but these women haven't done anything I can't believe what I've seen an heard raped,mutilated,controlled these women have no freedom no say in their own lives they're like the walking dead being forced into wives if they refuse the offer of a marriage proposal then they are scorched an left to die it makes me so mad i could cry tears of fury rage an disgust with great sadness deep inside for,if a man feels he has been offended it's grounds enough for the woman to die all because men are the big dogs in these countries an what they say an do never gets punished or contradicted it makes me sick through an through It's so unhumanly barbaric how they are treated an people who just watch without a sigh i seen this on my tv an now i wanna know why why is this not being stopped we have to do something for these girls we can't just ignore it an think it'll go away every second,every minute,every hour,every day a girl or woman is dying their government is not concerned with what they have to say we here in the USA have to stand up an demand a change sign the petition,do what you must we dont live in the stone age anymore an neither should they I'm so mad i could cry tears of fury rage an disgust great sadness deep inside for the way these women are treated is enough to make anyone cry |

Humankind is cruel, it's one of the first things that the nice ones like us learn when we reach the age of about 3, I also find it hard to deal with all this s**t that goes on in the world . It is everywhere, even in the schools of the developed world we get bullying just like the stupid social ranking games of the adult population . Thanks for writing this poem, so I could moan on about how I hate the unfairness of the world . L.of.L. Tommy . MotherEarth,i feel the same way about how our government treats native americans an poor people an women an well everyone if you think about it,i just try to write from my heart what i feel about things i see happening,you just keep writing because thats what will help open peoples eyes an minds i believe so we are contributing to the good just in our own way  |
