I see no changes
But maybe I'm no meant to see
Perhaps they're supposed to happen
In a place far away from me
I can't understand
The twists of Fate
Whenever I'm close to something
It seems that I'm too late
But I stick to that old saying
"What is meant to be will be"
So I forget about the future
And try to live the day
And perhaps one day my heart
Will actually have something to say
Things change within a second
That has proven to be true
And I've done so many mistakes
That I wonder what to do
God should give me
Only one more try
But I can only ask for nothing
Before I fall and start to cry
Is life worth living?
I believe it is
But I guess I didn't expected
My life to turn out like this

Tis only in their dreams
That men truly be free,
'Twas always thus,
And always thus will be

Pietro~
A hearty welcome to you !

Very nice entrance you've made.
Enjoy your stay among friends and poets.

There is a lovely singer from your country that is making a nice name for herself here.
Katia Moraes ... are you familiar with her music ?

I have, I've walked that road each time; that's where my angel sleeps

this is beautiful in its sincerety...
sad but full of hope and wisdom.
you express your self very well with honesty and passion.
I so realate to much of this...especially about all the mistakes...
but if we learn from them...then we can grow and heal.
Welcome to Poetry Land...
Its nice to meet you.
take care

Welcome to Passions! I enjoyed this read very much, it allows one to think about the more serious side to why we are here!  Please check your e-mail for a special message!
