he spoke in barest
baritone
a one man act
to each, his own
he circled once
to find his place
a baritone
thespian face

it is good to hear
a man’s deep voice

the baroness, her
voice deep tone
but light in and
of weep alone
she circled once
to find her place
a baroness
with sweeping grace

it is good to see
a woman’s choice

in the dance
of just begin
she circled once
drew him in
he advanced
then back he fell
as he took
her measure well

baritone
two for one
though
