through your eyes

as if I could
although I did
stride in
while you stalked
out for a
moment

briefly

beholding and
beheld by
all you see

stepping into your
thoughts
thinking

you see all of this

then you safely
quietly
compartmentalize
behind
your eyes

you sigh
and stir
begin to wake

stepping out,

stepping down,

no high horses here,

coming around,

bending,

for after seeing
things your way,

there is a need

no, there is my need

to kiss your
sleeping eyes

Don't discuss yourself, you are bound to lose; if you belittle yourself, you are believed; if you praise yourself, you are disbelieved. Michel de Montaigne

Oh, I like this one.  "To kiss your sleeping eyes", what a wonderful line!!

The pondering.......the wondering.....and the simple softly radiant love....

Thank you
