Listening to every heart

0 posted 2001-06-18 10:19 PM

Daily Quest

calm comes when I seek
solace in the strong, not weak
I achieve my peak

to strive, try again
comprehend my spirit’s quest
firm, loving, this, best

all I am is me
breathe in deep, begin, again
one day at a time

Karilea
If I whisper, will you listen?...
I would rather be silent and write, than speak loudly and be bound.

Karilea,

I rebuild my life now one day at a time.  That's all I can really do.  I wish I'd already known that and not had to find it out the hard way.  Always search for courage, determination, hope in yourself.  No one can supply these essential elements of growth, of peace.  This is the kindling that lights the fire to make us shine.  You shine well.

Ah yes, it is the deep breath that gives one the determination to strive for goals, happiness or whatever is beyond their reach, one day at a time!  Loved it!
