"Burning Wood"

Snow,
Falling, softly
skies grey,
and savoring the
last hours
although lacking
purpose
and occupation.
Period of
nothingness
no anticipation
of further days
to endure
only the stinging
smell
of the wood stove
next door

"She's been looking like a queen in a sailor's dream, and she don't always say what she really means"

Well, we may not know where you're from, but I'd be guessin' that it's the southern hemisphere, or in the far north as it's summer coming around here.

It's a little cooler today than the days last week, but still no need of a fire in the stove.

good imaging, here, sundown

enjoyed the read,

Great job, I really enjoyed the read.

Let my words fall first upon deaf ears before a closed mind...
