Meandering Through Heavens Realm Spread spirits wings taking flight To stars shining crystalline bright Meandering through heavens realm Catch a comet’s tail taking the helm Steer your way through all desire That heart possesses in it’s entire With angels as heavenly host Watching from observation post Express your deepest flights of fancy In blissful elation’s they shall happily Bless your every care and notion Making much merriment and commotion Take your worries hang upon tilted star Carefree and spirited dancing afar Over earthly vessels residing there Taking deep breaths of clean clear air Not a care in the whole wide cosmos As angels bowing giving praise and kudos Scatter comet dust hither and yon Swing from crescent moon till upon Scant light of the sun beginning to rise Almost time your dreamy nights ride Comes to its end and your child-like ways You give up for turmoil of worldly haze For back to the awful grind Never a chance to unwind Building life that will go no where Punishing yourself and nobody cares Knowing only relief from being overwhelmed Is to meander through heavens realm By, Cerenity "God doesn't have to be reminded that we exist. Cerenity, this is beautiful, I especially liked this line Take your worries hang upon tilted star..... sigh.....if we could just hang them there for awhile and if we really got lucky they would fall off. lol....Really, I loved this poem. Gotta go into the library with this one. Enjoy life...this is NOT a dress rehearsal. *s* |
