Today * Tommorrow
.
Today
Wind Howling,
Chimes chimming,
Rain Pit-Pattering
Clouds Banging
Waves Rumbling
Sirens Screaming
Leaf's Dancing
Trees Swaying
Branches Falling
Windows Closing
Coffee Brewing
Chili Simmering
Candles Burning
Tommorrow?

This reminds me how much I love daytime storms.   And how much I HATE the nighttime ones.
Wonderful imagery.   I envy you your ocean, Bernie.

Tomorrow

sun bright
first light
walk right
upon beach
stray shells
gulls bell
salted air
lessens cares
harbored tight
to think back
on yesterday's
storms

This s a lovely poem and it tells of the true beauties of the present, but also explains that no one can plan the future! I enjoyed it!
