Grissil Wants

Grissil wants what he sees best,
most of all to pass the test,
alongside all his worldly pleasures;
Grissil cares for his dear treasures;
hugging tightly within minds eye,
letting go with a softening sigh;
Grissil cares when he is on his knees;
& a peck on the cheek might all but please;
He can wipe a smile or two;
because Grissil's eye can see right through;
steady on his feet,
like his boat in a storm,
this way that way never forlorn.
Grissil never plays with death;
alert enough to use his breath:
