I look at you and oh
still water, smooth as silk -
a looking glass
within your eyes
I see myself
Insurmountable surpassed.

The sun is not
comparison
the light that I see there
shed of shroud
through darkened cloud
as sparkles fill the air.

Into you
I would dive deep
with not a worry
of the depth.
In your arms
I just might sleep
and not a drop
to taste of Lethe.

Serenity~
There are times I've needed a huge sip of that river ...
and other times when I was glad I didn't partake.

Love n' hugs for a wonderful write.
You have a nice Easter, love.
