Always you come to mind, And there are words somewhere Inside that I need to say, Alone with you I watch The stars pass through The night, softly through the night As I touch my hand to yours, Trying to hold on, I remember The one-day, that day you took My breath away forever changing The shades of my heart Forever changing the reflection In my eyes Now you look back Upon as if your dreams Have silently faded, Faded away with the sunsets Silence broken by poetic lips Feels sometimes like a First kiss savored in The winds of time With closed eyes Time is your cycle, You leave, you always Leave and one day you Will return, return to Open arms and faded dreams And places in my shaded heart "Within you I lose myself Without you I find myself Wanting to be lost again." -Unknown [This message has been edited by Greeneyes (edited 04-10-2001).] |
