Whisper wind
The night to me,
Sing song
Flutter breeze.

Roam wind
The churn of sea
Whisper crest
Waves crash free.

Bring wind
The settled ease
Love knows
He finds in me
**********************************************
This night the heart is settled,
And I will await the morning,
With hope dreaming constant clarity.
And if the storms come by night tomorrow,
I will answer to voices of life.
Come touch with me the miles of stars,
And watch another dark fade away.
Then see with me the moon,
How the clouds protect it so,
And then let me think on that,
For although there be clouds within me now,
I give them their own respect,
For in their journey they protect my heart.
For in a fragile state we must also be strong,
And in a fragile state while trying to be strong,
There should always be someone there to protect us.
And so I gain a new respect for melancholic mood,
For it protects while the stitches are sewn.
And I, for love, still shout,
And for a friend, still remain as the brightest ember in that respect.
And shall he hear me now above the wind?
Speak, sir
If you hear me, then speak,
As I know you will,
And as you know what I mean to say.

I am bound by this, you see...to become Night's sole mistress, and I am jealous in my endeavours for his attention.

I hope he hears you and takes the friendship too, as sometimes this is even better.  Pssst....I think you forgot to delete a line? (or maybe I read it wrong, stranger things have happened) these seem duplicated but what do I know....
For in their journey they protect my heart.
For in a fragile state we must also be strong,
And in a fragile state while trying to be strong,
Lovely plea Temptress, I really enjoyed this.

This talk on protection.romantic words giving your fradgile self to another. I wonder if you need find your strong points, you may learn that weakness may be selfcovered, & love has little to do with bodyguards.

He always hears and always answers.

This was a nice thank you to your friend.  I hope he heard it and that your friendship continues.  Nice write.
