thanks so much for taking the time to read ... i am just beginning to explore the darker sides of my poetry and find it an interesting venture ... what is making it fun, is that i sometimes don't have any idea where a piece will end and the subject matter to overwhelmingly rich with imagery ... thanks again.

Swamp¤Faeryie and Isis ... thank you for reading and your comments ... Baudelaire's influence is difficult to escape and the style of this and several other dark pieces i've written are loosely modeled and inspired by his work ... he was a master of bringing the reader into the dark without the reader realizing it and before one knows it, one is enticed and captured by the allure ... thanks again.

This stuff just absolutely rocks...I still go the the preface to a Stephen King novel, or maybe even the intro into a Wes Craven film.  This is classic, dark, gothic material that intriguingly scares the hell out of me.  Awesome.

thanks again to all above for reading and commenting, but let's not start confusing anything i've written with Steven King or Wes Craven (i sure enjoyed the compliment though) ... thanks again ... i mean that most sincerely.
