You play with my mind
My body, my soul
My heart has hardened
Turning black as coal
The confussion sets in
Tears start to flow
My mind goes blank
Self-esteem is low
Thinking of nothing
But the lies you say
Saying you love me
Yet you go away
Breathing becomes difficult
Pulse is too high
Eyes close shut
As I wonder why
Falling alseep
With a tear in my eye
Knowing tomorrow
The sun shall once again rise

Don't fear your tears!

This is deep, and I can relate.  I felt your pain as I read this and can only hope that true love finds its way to your heart :-)  (False love seems so much easier to find, don't you think?)

"Saying you love me yet you go away."
Does saying you love someone mean you have to spend lots of time with them, or do you desire to spend lots of time with someone you love...I would think so but I'm not sure...James

im in a 'relationship' like this. he makes me believe i care, whether he means to or not, and then all of a sudden something bad happens. i get depressed until things are good again, which they usually are 'good' again eventually. its a pattern and it really sucks. maybe this will be the last cycle of the pattern. problem is, im not sure if i want it to be over with.

Excellent, it was like reading my own thoughts.

Dark Kisses,

Good one! I especially liked the transation of feelings from the very begining "My heart has hardened, turning black as coal" to how you felt at the end "Knowing tomorrow, the sun shall once again rise". It's a process of growing up, a way towards understanding through accepting reality. Take care -
