You were the wisest
In my small eyes

You were my father

You forgot I was your daughter
You became my enemy

In anger
I threw you out of my heart
You became the biggest fool
I would ever know

Nothing you had ever taught me
Was good enough to save
I dumped the dirty bath water of my life
Down the drain
Watching it swirl
I washed every trace of you
From my being
Scrubbing so hard
I bled
Then I too went careening
Down the drain

Caught in the drain trap
Amid the sludge
By the grace of God
I managed
To climb out

Interesting parallels here between God the Father and a human father...

This is very sad - and angry - strong writing.
