In dark of night, I chase the moon
My body yearning for it's tune

that whispers of a fairy tale
the tourquoise waters I could sail

The stars that I could dance upon
then gracefully become the dawn

A dream as old as time must be
to rise above humanity

I'd like to say that it's not me
in love with that old fantasy

It wasn't my heart, disgraced me so
forgot the rules old bruises show

For "love" stands right here in my life
and owned by him, I am his wife

"When people show you who they are, believe them"

Wow! This is great. A beautifully written piece.

Oh, but you can sail those tourquoise waters, J A W, so long as you don't remain standing still.  Steal away and fly across those waves!
It need not be a fairy tale . . .
