ANXIETY ATTACK

Crashing through my window,
A killing fog.
Wrapping itself tightly
Around my bed
It drags me
Into the darkness.
It feasts like a beast
On the terror
Racing within me,
Savoring my flavor
Gulping down on my flesh.

Well I've never had an Anxiety Attack like described here and after reading this I surely don't want one.

ahh anxiety attacks,
I've only had a few,
mine were more closely panick attacks,
due to a fear of pain.

I remember trying to walk and falling over, being home alone and laying on the kitchen floor gasping for breath until I finally fell asleep.
wow, what a shamed moment...
you described it all too well
welcome!

Always, Alyssa

I can't relate to this and that makes me very thankful.  Great write.

I'm a reader - not a writer.
