Distant dawn
tickles the mind
of disaster?
it is mine.

Solo Raven
fly fly fly

Dip beneath
the crimson night
to wash my tears
in shallow tide.

Solo Raven
fight the flight

Rise above
ashed remains
to hold heartbeat
in sheltered name.

Solo Raven
speak no blame

Enunciate.

We are the same.

Open arms can be the most fragile in the world...

Great poem!! I loved it.  And the Raven was a good bird to choose!

crimson night... ooo what a painting...
several actually. i'm interpreting it in a couple o ways...

and this one feels god inside too...
i think i'm flying with my own raven out of the ash right now.
thanks for posting this, D.
