The broken mirror hides an ugly face. Misgiven fortunes take thier toll. Misinterpreted signals hide thier anger. Ride on the back of the minotaur, run from the snakes streaming from its mouth. Mother dries her broken eyes , Father washes away his disgust. A million stars look down on him, thier eyes piercing his frail skin driving stakes into his heart tattooing his soul. The man in the moon reveals his disfigured faces and forces the suns beauty into recluse and ebbs away at the prophets forsight. A legend is born. Jesus dies upon his cross. The safety pins in his hands, have rusted and turned brittle. Fire consumes the branches of the tree of life but Styx douses them and boils the black water. The collage of the sky, and its monochrome rainbow beam down on Narcissus The constellations project an image of Cleopatras Asp onto the minds of children. The great Elephants tusks pivot the Earth on the head of a pin. A Legend is born. freedom is the right to say 2 + 2 = 4 |

i hate saying the same things over and over,wish i could think of something new and less robotic to say other than i really really liked this poem and thought it was super well done,your ideas were stunning and creative,like the safety pins and the tatoo of the soul and the tusks of the elphants,that was simply marvelous!! faeryie "All art is an expression of pain."~John Lennon |
