Just feeling a little dismal tonight....I know this doesn't have a form, but do thoughts ever? I am a fool for you The one who knows you best The one who loved you most It's me that your words slay Your eyes turn to stone Your heart kills This gaping hole you've left in my flesh doesn't bleed The salt from your hands has whitened me Your generous pain, a blanket that covers me The gel of your existence surrounds me I'm suffocated by space A bird never flies so high that it can't hit the ground |

This is definitely a poem, Kris. Screw form (which you have anyway). These smiling eyes are just a mirror for the sun. |
