Lone Star in The Sky!

Oh 1st star I see tonight,
I wish, I wish with all my might.
Please bring my baby back to me.
Happiness will be all you see.
What he meant, I did not know.
Bring him near, my heart will glow.
How could I have let him slip away?
I choked on the words I was meaning to say.
So please little star up in the sky,
give him to me so these tears will subside!

Well I can say I've remained friends with some of my past girlfriends soI believe that is possible. Though I have never gotten back with any of them. One I would but sadly she's no longer interested in men so I gave up that hope.

Guess you can always hold on to hope. You have a uplifting spirit of what I can tell and seem to hold your hopes dear. I wish you well.

Thank you so much for the reply James!--Yes I still hold a lot of hope for this one, he's the only guy I've ever loved & my heart won't let him get away, if we were meant to be just friends then that is far better than nothing!
